Introduction Workshop
Date: To Be Determined, sometime in late January.
Time: Saturday at 1:00pm to 2:30pm and Tuesday at 6:00pm to 7:30pm
Location: 2425 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, Az 85018 Conference Room on B1 Level.
Parking: There is a fee based parking structure the location of the Workshop, however there is free pakring across the street at Biltmore Fashion Plaza, 2502 East Camelback Road Phoenix, AZ 85016-4284. After parking at Biltmore Fashion Plaza, head towards south end of parking lot, there will be a Pedestrian Tunnle use this tunnle to cross Camelback. Come out of tunnle and go up the stairs, continue straight until path ends. Turn right and take a few steps, then on your right will be double wide glass doors. Look for "Real Estate and Beyond Event" sign posted on door.

- Market Up-date - What's really going on?
- How to buy non-MLS foreclosures at below market value. (trustee sale/foreclosure auctions, and non-MLS pre-foreclosures).
- How to best use other people's money.
- How do I sell a house quickly or find a good tenant in this market?
- How to do all this yourself, with a training program, or use a professional to do it for you.
