About the Training Program...

Our Goal is to train individuals on how to invest in real estate themselves, using fix and flip, lease-options, and rental investment properties to build wealth.

The time you need to be able to invest in real estate is 8-10+ hours per week to do well (when buying). The Class Schedule is typically 3 days which you will attend class for 6 hours and one conference call for about an hour.

  • Class room and in the field training
  • One on one follow up meetings.
  • Comprehensive Training Manual
  • Learn strategy, financing, and acquisition
  • Software for analysis of property evaluation
  • Training in contracts and forms
  • Book of contacts you will need
