Bea Brouwer

Bea Brouwer has spent the last nine years investing in Real Estate and Passive Income Vehicles. She is a limited partner in numerous foreign and domestic Oil Partnerships. Her marketing efforts and long term involvement have earned her a Co-General Partnership position in one of those Drilling Partnerships. Retired from her previous profession as a registered nurse, Bea devotes her efforts full time to real estate consulting and acquisitions as well as marketing income strategies and opportunities. Bea started the Women’s Investor Group (“WIG”) here in the Phoenix area as she moved her full hands off Real Estate Acquisition program to the valley. Through networking Bea came in contact with Harry D’Elia of Real Estate and Beyond. The two share a passion for educating and providing a service with integrity to investors of all levels that desire to build their portfolios in real estate.
