What We Do: Every client receives what we call the "red carpet" treatment. When the client arrives at the inspection, we have the report printed and ready for their review. We sit down with you and go over the report line by line. Our reports have digital pictures so they are very easy to read and understand. After reviewing, we walk through the home and show any areas of concern and/or findings to you. In addition, we point out emergency shut off locations and general maintenance tips. We are fully equipped with lockbox access. This allows flexibility when scheduling our inspections. Our home inspection does not end with the delivery of the report. We are available to answer questions about the report and your home for as long as you own the home. Services:
